As Administrative Assistant in our Quality department you will be responsible for successfully manage a wide range of administrative tasks. Very well organized, you enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people and can work precisely. You will be responsible for renewals, changes, updates of licenses of our certifying staff. This also involves administrate applications when new employees join and prepare documents for employees leaving. Description/Tasks:

  • Organization of Assessments, paper-review and collecting necessary documents
  • Prepare new certificates
  • Survey contract end dates and expiry dates of licenses
  • Prepare forms, work history reports and work confirmations
  • License evaluation for new employees
  • Administrate Sales Force updates (survey expiry dates, update in case of any change)
  • Update and maintain information and documents on SharePoint
  • General admin tasks within the quality department
Qualification/Experience:
  • First experience as administrative Assistant
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluent English skills
  • Basic aviation knowledge is beneficial
